Since You've Been Gone Emma Heatherington

They call it Little Hollywood, and Millfield – a village nestled somewhere in the north of Ireland – is truly stage and screen obsessed. Taylor Smith, TV actor and media darling, is Millfield’s pride and joy – and then he lands a juicy part in the real Hollywood . . . Erin O’Brien is the love of his life. She’s a TV personality in her own right but, with Taylor away in the Hollywood Hills, she finds it difficult to cope. But that’s what a glass or three of red wine is for, isn’t it? Erin’s not the only one at a loss. The Millfield Players Theatre Group is under threat, much to director Darryl’s dismay. Who will take over Taylor’s role in the annual production? Enter choreographer Olivier Lauren – an uber-talented, super-sexy French dancer who is set to shake Erin’s heart with every shake of his hips. But she’ll be true to her first love Taylor, won’t she? Whoever said it was quiet in the country? “A funny and touching morality tale showing how love will always  take centre stage” Eve magazine

Playing the Field Donegal lass Cara McCarthy has always been a tomboy type of girl, who wouldn’t care how to spell Versace, let alone have any desire to wear it.

On a career break in London, she lands a job as a cleaner which is right up her street just then. Her new boss is Sophia Brannigan – the fashionista girlfriend of gorgeous Fulton FC Premiership star, Dylan Summers, and her new place of work is their luxurious home, Summer Manor.

Cara is determined to stay in the background, but life has other plans. Before she can say ‘Manolo’, she finds herself plunged in at the deep end of high fashion and posh parties. With a friendly father figure in gardener Sam and a delightful new arrival called Lola, Cara’s new life is set to be both fun and challenging.

But as Sophia’s hunger for celebrity grows, so does Cara’s bond with Dylan Summers and soon everything she does at Summer Manor seems destined to land her deeper and deeper into trouble ...
